Its true.

when i miss someone, i read old chat logs with them.
it doesn’t help with the loneliness,
but sometimes i can feel myself being in that convo again.
i can feel what i felt at the time that i talked to them still.
it’s like reliving that moment with them
when everything was fine
and i when i was happy, or content.
it’s sort of like going back into the past.
i like the past,
but i’m moving on slowly.

(To Infinity, & Beyond. )
