Ash wednesday.

hello there. well today is ash Wednesday, for those of you's who don't know what ash Wednesday is its the 1st day of lent and occurs 46 days before Easter & for those of you who don't know what lent is; lent is the period of the liturgical year leading up to Easter. i know you guys are probably like wtf whatta nerd :L

Well Today i went to my parish and like had a mass for 1 hour and it was quiet boring but even worse cos i was like dead tired slept at 1:00 am and got up at 6:00am omfg 5 hours of sleep is not enough, during the whole mass and during school i was like omg is it home time yet but the day seemed so long. In church today we had to put ashes on our forehead as a sign of repentance. Every year when there is length I as a roman catholic will give up something..

I tried..
not to swear (impossible)
I tried..
not to play on the computer (definitely impossible)
I tried..
not to eat chocolate
I tried..
not to eat ice cream
I tried..
not to drink coke.

Until this day i still have not figured out what i should give up for 40 days.
